Enterprise car rentals is also in KDH and may have Wranglers for beach driving but you will need to secure your own beach pass for Corolla and Cape Hatteras and bring your own tow rope, air pump, shovel and tire pressure gauges to be compliant with cape Hatteras ORV Off-Road Vehicle regulations for beach driving.
